Rates for 2008 & 2009
Sunday-Thursday :
$350.00 per night + tax
Only $35 per person, per night based on full
occupancy.
Friday-Saturday
$450.00 per night + tax
Only $45 per person, per night based on full
occupancy.
**Weekly rates are available upon request.**
Prices are per night, not per person. Rate remains the
same regardless of number of renters. Maximum
occupancy is ten people. Friday and Saturday
arrivals require a two night minimum. If you have a Friday and Saturday night stay scheduled and would like to come on a Thursday night, or like to stay until Monday morning, you may do so for an extra $50 for your group. You may choose either the Thursday night or Sunday night stay for the $50.
Rates do not include tax.
tax rate of 5.5%.
A Security Deposit of $250.00 is required of all renters at the time final payment is due which is 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation. Guests may be charged for excessive damage to the cabin or replacement of its contents. Security deposits will be returned within a week of your checkout date after a final inspection has been made.
A hold will be placed on your requested dates for a maximum of 12 days or until we receive your non-refundable deposit of $150. The full balance is required within 30 days of your reservation.
